We accept returns for defective products only.
Returns will be accepted only if:
The product is damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
Product has a manufacturing defect
We do NOT accept returns for:
Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
Change of mind
Color/design variation (due to screen difference)
Bulk order cancellation after dispatch
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.

Without proper proof, return request may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved:
We will provide replacement only (no refund)
Replacement will be shipped within 3β7 working days
Reverse pickup will be arranged (if service available)
If reverse pickup not available, customer must courier the product.
As most products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds.
Only replacement for defective items will be provided.
For bulk/corporate/personalized orders:
No return or cancellation once order confirmed
Replacement only if manufacturing defect
