We accept returns for defective products only.

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Change of mind

  • Color/design variation (due to screen difference)

  • Bulk order cancellation after dispatch

⏱ Return Request Time

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.

Send details on:

  • WhatsApp / Email

  • With clear product photos & unboxing video

Without proper proof, return request may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide replacement only (no refund)

  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–7 working days

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if service available)

If reverse pickup not available, customer must courier the product.

Only replacement for defective items will be provided.
